First, we start with a MAPS assessment, where we take a deeper look at key areas that may be causing you discomfort or limiting your mobility. This is also something we do monthly with members to help track your progress!

Next, we’ll take you to one of our stretch benches, where you can relax while your Flexologist guides you through a personalized stretch tailored to your needs and goals. 🙌
