In 2013, our studio opened as Sumits Yoga (Hot Power Hour set series) by Sumits Yoga . In 2015 it became Power Yoga + Pilates + Bootcamp, becoming the first Studio to offer Hot Yoga, Pilates Reformers and Bootcamp classes.

We now offer Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa, Astanga, Yoga Nidra, and Candlelight Yin as well as monthly Reiki + Sound bath events.
