What a perfect way for our Lady Bobcats to wrap up their Strength & Conditioning Summer Camp! 🐾

These past two weeks were filled with hard work, determination, fun, and plenty of Bobcat family spirit. A huge thank you to all 67 athletes for making this camp such a success and for giving your best effort every single day. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you and can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in the future!

A special thank you to Coach Glessner and Ms. Quiroga for their dedication, energy, and commitment to helping our Bobcats grow stronger while making every day enjoyable and memorable.

The future is bright for our Lady Bobcats!

Week 2 Day 2 ✅

We started early and We finished strong.

Strength and Conditioning in the morning to set The Standard.
7 on 7 scrimmage at the high school at night to test it.

Our boys didn’t just show up. They competed.
In the weight room. On the field. ALL day.

This is what a Bobcat day looks like.
Work in the dark. Compete in the lights.

The ladies are looking strong, confident, and determined! Every day they continue to push themselves, support one another, and build a true family environment. The hard work is showing, and we’re proud of the effort and attitude these athletes bring each day.🖤❤️

Great day for our boys as we start Week 2

We hit the weight room hard and the field harder.
More important than the weight on the bar, was the effort, the attitude and the way we pick each other up.

This isn’t just Strength and Conditioning.
This is building Bobcats. Strong bodies, strong minds, strong standard

Big thank you to some of our parents for bringing Watermelon for our boys after our workout this morning. Everything you do is greatly appreciated.

Day 2 in the books 🏈

Our boys went from drills this morning to
live 7 on 7 this afternoon. We made mistakes, we worked through them and saw growth in real time.

Proud of the work done today. Recover and get ready for next week to get back at it.

🏐❤️🖤 First week of Strength & Conditioning Camp complete for our Bobcats!

What better way to wrap up the week than with some fun volleyball activities! The ladies worked hard all week, pushed themselves, encouraged one another, and finished strong today. It was great to see their effort, teamwork, and positive attitude on display.

We are proud of the dedication these athletes continue to show every day. Keep building, keep improving, and keep working hard, Bobcats. The hard work you put in now will pay off later!
