Why does your forehand feel great one day and disappear the next?

Level 1: Arm only Looks okay. Breaks down under pressure.

Level 2: Arm + rotation More power. Better spin. Still inconsistent when rushed.

Level 3: Ground force → legs → hips → torso → arm → racquet Maximum power with minimum effort.

The goal isn’t to swing harder. It’s to move energy more efficiently.
