Many of you know Kenla (LHS ‘25) from her amazing performance on our sidelines from 2018-2025. Right now, she’s facing an incredibly difficult and unexpected challenge. Her mom, Carla, suffered an intracranial hemorrhage the same week Kenla returned to Lakewood from the University of Cincinnati.

Gearing up for 2026-2027 in the very best way!!! Ohio High School Cheerleading Coaches Association held an amazing conference today at OSU.

We’re headed back to Lakewood with about 100 pages of notes for the program, and incredible additions to our community from all across Ohio!! 🌰 ♥️ ⭐️

Third year competing at the Ohio Grand and third year placing in the top three for LMS & LHS!!!!! 👑💜 talk about lucky 3’s!!!

It would be remiss of us not to mention how incredible it is to come second to . They have been a very deep inspiration to our girls and coaches since we first saw them at our first Ohio Grand in 2024, at Dublin Jerome HS.

They performed a showcase routine right before awards, and the entire gym (and our ‘24 team group chat) was completely captivated. As you can see from the final slide of texts— watching them was pivotal in understanding the magic that Gameday comps can be, from their choreography to props, stunts, collared uniforms and sooo much more.

We are so proud of our girls who were selected as All-Americans, did the jump/tumble off, placed first and second and of course adding “Coach of the Year” to our achievements on behalf of our very own icon, Coach Grace.

A SUNDAY WELL SPENT!!! ✨👑⭐️✨👑⭐️💜💜💜
