On Monday June 22nd we will move through 108 Sun Salutations in the parking lot of the new home of Flying Crow! This is for all levels and modifications will be available.
Things you will need:
✔️water
✔️beach towel and mat
✔️sunscreen
✔️sign up on app (all packages are
accepted)
✔️chair (please pm me if you are a chair
Yogi and would like me to bring you one.
