Lakeview Area Museum is doing an online silent auction for this item today. Join in for some good Wildcat gear and to help build the new Lakeview Area Museum!

We had a great fundraiser last month and we want to thank everyone who took part. We have one silent auction item remaining and want to offer it here. This is a basket of LHS Wildcat gear, donated by Boujee on Main (see the picture). The value of the basket is $150. The starting bid is $25.00. It will be up for your bids from today through next Tuesday (June 9). If you would like to make a bid on this basket, post it below. If you win, I will let you know next Wednesday (June 10). - I can adapt a training regimen based on most up to date evidence based practice. Limit overtraining and tune up your running mechanics while getting conditioned for that next race.

You need a quick jump kick to get back in the gym and don't know where to start?
- I can give you my advice on the most efficient exercises to target specific functional activities you do in every day life. Give tips on injury prevention and different transfer techniques to save your lower back from an eternity of back pain.
