Started the day with 3 classes. The first ended with a beautiful yogi sharing special words and tears of joy.
Seeing this release, being part of this energy is why I do what I do. So very grateful.🙏Ending the afternoon with our first SUP Board Yoga class of the year. Total engagement and presence with self while on water. Connecting with nature, water and community. So good, in so many ways!

Such an honor to share and practice with you all today.

Possible storms means possible northern light viewing!

Well well well.... Statewide aurora chances return as early as tomorrow (Thursday) night as multiple solar storms are forecast to impact earth. A G3 watch is in effect which if realized, would bring the northern lights as far south as central Ohio and Indiana.

Remember, aurora does not follow a time table and is best predicted in real time. If you are new here, we have experienced staff and a network of 100+ cameras we can track viewing in real time. Stay tuned to our page for updates, and let's cross our fingers for clear skies!
