Stat tuned for when fun can begin!

The new playground at Sunset Community Park is coming along! However, please note that the playground is NOT complete or ready for use yet.

The pour-in-place rubber surfacing needs time to cure. The playground will remain fenced off from all foot traffic for at least 48 hours to allow the surfacing to properly set. Please stay clear of the fenced area until further notice.

Thank you for helping protect the new playground as construction wraps up!

The playground opening will be announced once it is ready for use 😊

Sunset Community Park is a 79-acre plot of land located on County Road 17 and 90th St. SE.

So fun!!

Thank you to everyone who braved the cold, rainy weather to join us for last night's ribbon-cutting celebrating the official opening of the new Sullivan Lake Park playground.

We’re excited to see the park come to life with the new, accessible playground equipment!
