📣 WANT TO BE MORE INVOLVED WITH THE BAND? 💙💛

We’re starting a Troup High Band Parent GroupMe for those who want to stay connected and help out when needed! 🎺🥁

This will be a quick, informal way for parents to communicate about things like:

🧻 “We need someone to bring paper towels to the game tonight!”
🙋‍♀️ “Can someone watch the band section during halftime?”
💧 “We need another case of water!”
🚨 “We need a few extra hands!”

Basically, if there’s a need, this is where we can put out the call and see who can help! 💙💛

⚠️ Important: This GroupMe is NOT for communicating with Mrs. Ramsey or for official band information. Parents should continue using Remind or email when they need to communicate with Mrs. Ramsey. We also don’t want to “clog up” the GroupMe with just “chat chat”

If you’d like to be part of the behind-the-scenes crew and help support our band, join us! We’d love to have you! 🐯🎶

Our first meeting is this upcoming Tuesday, August 18th

There is a $10 membership fee/person

Here is a tentative list for Band Booster meetings for 2026-27 school year. Dates are subject to change. Meetings usually begin at 6pm. 

Some leadership members have volunteered to stay during and hang out with your littles!

MaKenna (Drum Major) and Haydon (Band Manager) got the band trailer all nice and clean for Friday’s scrimmage game against Callaway!

Thank you to Hawaiian Shaved Ice LaGrange, Georgia for coming out on Thursday to help our students cool off after their last FULL day of band camp! 😍

We can’t wait to see Mr. Ray again at Callaway Stadium under the Friday Night Lights soon!

Parent showcase Friday, July 31st @ Noon

Every student will need to “checkout” before leaving, but we will have early checkout prior available starting at 11:30 as well as after the performance.
