🚂 Moving Forward with MOVE!

Our Trackmobile team recently completed another round of MOVE (My Operation’s Vision of Excellence) Training, continuing our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

As we move through our 90-day plan, we’re seeing meaningful improvements across Trackmobile! MOVE gives our teams a structured way to identify opportunities, measure progress, and turn ideas into achievable action plans.

Assess. Improve. Achieve. Repeat. 💪

We’re proud of the progress our teams are making and look forward to continuing the journey toward our shared Vision of Excellence!

What happens when a student falls in love with a program and wants to see it continue to be successful?
Zeke Brown our pit crew chief for 999 stayed after today to help mentor the new 555 team of 6th graders with the rebuild of their car. He wasn’t alone we had 2 amazing parents come in later to help guide the team members that stayed as well. Cougar Strong Racing is dedicated to winning but we are also dedicated to making sure the students learn the valuable skills that GreenpowerUSA teaches. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful support team of parents, school staff, and sponsors.
