Last week, Nichole strung together 14 wall balls unbroken. When she started this round of personal training with Coach Jess, she was gassed at 7.

She doubled her capacity. On week four.

Here is what she walked into the gym carrying that night: an ER career, fire service, mom life, and a calendar that does not quit. She fueled up the way she and Coach Lis have been working on. Then she stepped to the wall and said one thing to herself.

"Just do it."

No micromanaging the squat depth. No counting reps to failure. No talking herself out of it before her body got the chance.

The math: 7 to 14, in four weeks of focused work with Jess. Building toward the NYX Doubles Hyrox she is running with Kate, then Hyrox singles in Boston this September.

The part she said stuck with her most? She was not even wrecked after. She finished the rest of the workout strong.

This is what shows up when consistent programming meets a person who decides to stop arguing with herself.

Proud of you, Nichole.

What is something you talked yourself out of this week? Try the other thing. Tell us how it goes.

The reality is that power, coordination, balance, and body control are things that help everyone move and feel better long term.

If you have ever wanted to feel stronger, move better, or understand why certain movements matter, this is worth watching.

One of the biggest reasons people hesitate to try a gym is not knowing what to expect.

From June 28 until July 4, Juggernaut members can bring friends to classes for FREE during Bring a Friend Week.

It is a great opportunity to try a class, meet our coaches, and experience the community with someone you already know by your side.

Our coaching team will help guide new visitors through everything, learn about any injuries or limitations, and make adjustments based on comfort and experience level. Whether someone is brand new to the gym or has trained before, we want them to feel supported from the moment they walk in.

This week's Bright Spot Friday features Brittany and a reminder that progress does not always look the way we expect it to.

What is a goal you once thought was out of reach but eventually achieved?

06/04/2026

If you are feeling underwhelmed with the numbers you are hitting, there is usually more to look at than just strength.

We see it all the time in the gym. As training becomes more consistent, people naturally start moving faster through reps, relying on habits, or skipping over small details that make movements feel smooth and efficient.

That is why our coaches continue focusing on movement quality no matter how experienced someone is. The goal is not just to work harder. The goal is to keep progressing in a way that feels sustainable and repeatable long term.

A few small adjustments can make a bigger difference than most people think.

A small change in your setup can completely change how a lift feels.

In this week’s What the Heck Is It Wednesday, Coach Matt is breaking down one technique that can help improve control, confidence, and consistency during faster movements and heavier lifts.

If you have ever felt like the bar is slipping, shifting, or harder to control than it should be, this is worth watching.

You need strength.
You need energy.
You need confidence walking into any room.
May is about building — not rushing.

A lot of people hear "Olympic lifting" and immediately think, "That's not for me."

Maybe it looks too technical. Too advanced. Or something reserved for competitive athletes.

In this week's episode of Unstoppable by Design, Matt breaks down why Olympic lifts might be one of the most misunderstood tools in fitness and why they can be valuable for everyday people looking to move well, stay strong, and build confidence in the gym.

If you have ever looked at a workout and skipped the Olympic lifting portion because it felt intimidating, this episode is worth a listen.
