Here’s your daily reminder to take care of your body! 🫶
When we get busy, it is often the first thing that gets put to the end of the to do list. “I’ll do my workout tomorrow.”
but in reality, we need our bodies more than anything else while we’re here living on Earth.
So say nice things about your body. Fuel it with foods that make you feel good from the inside out. Take time to rest with hot baths or massages.
As Jen Sincero says in her book You are a Badass- “move it, stretch it, nourish it, hydrate it — pay attention to it! The better our bodies feel, the happier and more productive we are.”
