I have had a long love of health and fitness and thrilled to share my passion with others. I have a wide variety of experience from teaching bag contact kickboxing, instructing Pilates, pool therapy in a rehab hospital, one on one gym training, and corrective exercise in a chiropractic clinic. I love all forms of functional fitness from the most basic daily living to excelling in recreational hobb

ies. My hope is to bring longevity and ease to your life and get your body to work for you. I have previously been ACE certified, currently I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I have an Integrated Studies Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine, Nutrition, and Psychology from Weber State University. I am a forever student and LOVE learning and expanding my knowledge. Our bodies are so complex, its not a one size fits all business.

Hey, JP Training fam & friends! If you’re in the Lacey/Oly area, I’d love for you to join the Lakefair Race with us on Saturday July 18, 2026. You can sign up for the 3k, 8k, or the Half Marathon. We will start together but finish at our own pace. I’ll also be organizing free weekly walk & runs leading up to the event.

Sometimes my meal prep is based on my what produce I have to use. Chili is one of my go to meals when I have ground meat & a bunch of veggies that need used. Chop it all up, put it in the pot, spice it up with chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, onion & garlic powder & let cook develop flavor for an hour or two. Chili is something that the leftovers seem to get better & better for a few days 😋
