I didn’t start this program because it was trendy…

I started it because I was frustrated, confused, and not getting answers. 😤

For years, I dealt with ongoing stomach issues that no one could fully explain.

I was doing “all the right things”… eating healthy, working out…

But something still felt off.

And like so many women, I was told it was “normal.”

Everything changed when I finally decided to run a GI MAP.

That was the first time I actually saw what was going on inside my body.

It wasn’t random.
It wasn’t in my head.
There were real imbalances that needed to be addressed.

That experience is what led me to build our functional testing + hormone lab analysis program.

One of the biggest myths I still hear from women is:

“Creatine is only for men” 😅

Hormone issues don’t usually happen overnight… they build slowly over time 👀

Sometimes hormone issues don’t start with one BIG symptom…
They start with little things you slowly begin to normalize.

• Feeling exhausted even after sleeping
• Waking up at 3am
• More anxiety or irritability
• Bloating from foods that never bothered you before
• Weight gain mostly around the stomach
• Needing more caffeine just to function
• Feeling “off” but not knowing why
