Have you ever felt like you’re “behind” in life?
So many women I work with (and me too!) wrestle with regrets about not being as healed, confident, or fulfilled as we thought we’d be by now. But I’ve learned that those invisible timelines we carry never account for all the real, messy, human things we go through—loss, caretaking, heartbreak, survival. Feeling behind doesn’t mean we’ve failed; it means our path just required our energy in different ways.
If you’re starting to ask, “Who am I?” or “What do I want?”—you’re not late. It means you finally have space to hear yourself. And if you’re grieving the life you imagined or choices you wish you’d made differently, that’s okay too. Grief is part of self-forgiveness and moving forward.
Let’s stop asking why we’re behind and start asking: What have I survived? What wisdom have I gained? What quiet strengths do I hold? I want you to trust yourself and know that all your experiences matter. You’re exactly where you need to be, and you matter deeply. ⏳✨
