Aloha Beloved Teamsters !!

Here it is early Christmas Eve and I am feeling the Spirit of all you wonderful folks. I would so love to have a Huge Loooong "party" where I could spend a relaxing time getting to know each of YOU-all over again.

Well, If we can't do that then I would like to invite you to join with me a week from tomorrow on January 1, 2015 at 10:00 am @ La Jolla Shores in a Celebration of LIFE at the Annual Polar Bear Swim.
You all know the drill:
Get there early for Hugs and Stories
Bring Food if you are planning to share in the potluck put on by the La Jolla Cove Swim Club
Yes, wetsuits are OK, but----
Swim as little or as much as you want.
YES!! Bring your jug of HOT WATER for thawing afterward
If you cannot make it because you are out of town--find a Polar Bear Swim where you are (for those of you who are in Hawaii or Mexico {Michelle, Ben, Dana, Cathy, Daniel, Hans, Denise--etc}-don't get OVERHEATED in the 80' water
REMEMBER--there are No 4th Event Lamo Excuses !!

On a special note--I would like to send an Extra Mahalo to those of you who:
1. Donated to my daughter Sam's gofundme account so my family could come here from England to see me do my 300th Tri @ Carlsbad
2. Came to Carlsbad Tri and cheered me on while I did this EPIC Event
3. Participated with me and my son Mychal (yes John Pani, that means YOU) at Carlsbad
4. All those who gave me Love and Prayers after my son John passed away on November 1st- 1 year ago--Especially those who formed Team-Tri Guru's Red Lipstick Rock Stars to raise money for Diabetes research in Honor of my son-John.

Note--I am Bike Riding and Swimming. I would love some company-Shout Out
I am planning on doing my 301st MultiSport Event on July 25th -The Vineman AquaBike

I do have a request--I have been getting a number of Photo Christmas Cards from some of you folks (Damn, it hard to determine who has the cutest kids) and if you have made one up I would love one. Please send me a private message for my address!

Read the email below from Will Lohneiss regarding a Great Opportunity to do what you do best--Raise money for a Needed Cause, Ride with the best folks in San Diego and get great coaching from a fantastic cyclist--Will Lohneiss. Will is one of the finest mentors I ever had in the many programs I coached and I am sure any of you who know him will agree. I know all of you can do 40K--now it is time for a CENTURY !! and of course, what about that Triple Crown ??

Hello to all of my fellow Cyclists and Tri athletes! I am having a 'session' at Stone Brewery on Wed Nov. 12, 2014 from 6 to 8PM. I would like to invite anyone and everyone up here in North County (or anywhere in the county!) to join me to discuss the Century Gran Fondo TNT Team! I will be Co-Coaching along with David Chernay. Firstly I must say--

for helping to get my family here from England,
for carrying me through Carlsbad Triathlon (my 300th) with Your LOVE,
for donating and riding the Tour de Cure in honor of my son-John Dourson

Now, here is the question--Are any of you going to Hawaii in the next 3 weeks? Watch Ironman ? cool off after SoCal's scorching summer? Get some good Beer & Coffee?

I am heading there on Monday Sept 29th through Wednesday Oct 15th
