Flip It Out Flip It Out - Gymnastics instruction for ages 18 months and up.

Flip It Out's mission is to have a meaningful and encouraging impact on your child's development not only in their gymnastics career, but also as individual person. We are not only dedicated to helping each child become the best gymnast they can be, but also to helping them develop into a happy, healthy, and responsible individual. At Flip It Out Gymnastics, we encourage our students to have fun as they become confident and stronger in strength, endurance, and coordination. Programs for all levels are designed to encourage self-esteem in each gymnast leading to satisfaction and personal rewards that come from accomplishment and being fit.

Aubrey Elmore is hosting a Birthday Cake Kit collection at Dance It Out from September 21 through October 2. Each kit will help provide everything needed to celebrate a special birthday!

Items needed:

🎂 9x13 foil pans
🎂 Boxed cake mix
🎂 Cans of frosting
🎂 Birthday candles
🎂 Small birthday plates

Hands down, this is going to be a GREAT year at Flip It Out! 🤸‍♀️💜

Coach Lauren’s Tumbling Tots, Pre-Gymnastics, and Intro to Gymnastics classes had an awesome first Monday filled with movement, new skills, smiles, and lots of fun!

From little hands hanging strong to creative “hands down” artwork, these gymnasts are already making memories and building confidence. We can’t wait to see how much they grow this season!

We’re excited to welcome our Monday students tonight and officially have everyone back for the new season!

A few important reminders:
🛍️ Our Pop-Up Shop closes TODAY—place your order before it’s gone!
🤠 Adult Line Dancing begins Thursday, September 17! A few spots are still available.
💳 All families must update their billing information as soon as possible.
📱 Screenshots of the Live Feed are not permitted.
🤸 Parents are not allowed upstairs in the gym, including during dismissal. Coaches will bring students safely back to the lobby.

Crystal brings the unique perspective of being both a gymnastics student and an apprentice in the gym! As she works toward her own goals in class, she also enjoys supporting our younger gymnasts, helping them feel comfortable, confident, and ready to learn.

We love watching Crystal grow in her own training while becoming a wonderful role model for others! 🖤🤍
