All Knox Swim provides personalized swimming and water safety instruction that will help you and your family safely enjoy all types of water. All lessons are taught by highly trained instructors using the curriculum created by the owner, who has degrees in Kinesiology and Special Education and swam for an NCAA DI swim team. Use positive reinforcement to get your kids excited for bathtime and the pool! If you're saying things like, "I'm sorry" and "Just one more," There will be a negative association with getting their face wet! 🛁🚰

Turn around, don't drown! 🌊⚠️ Flash floods are no joke, especially here in Tennessee. It only takes 6 inches of moving water to knock you off your feet, and 12 inches to sweep a small car away. If you see a flooded road, turn around. No destination is worth your life!

SKILL ALERT 🚨 A common issue new swimmers have is not being able to swim in a straight line. I did the exact same thing growing up! 😅 Kids who don't like to open their eyes in the water can get directionally confused. This swimmer is doing a great job opening her eyes and correcting herself in between pop up breaths!

Even our favorite swimming cat used to be scared of swimming! Now that he's had lots of practice, swimming is his favorite thing to do! 😸🌊💪
