🚨 Race Fans, Racers, and Supporters 🚨

After closely monitoring the rapidly changing weather forecast, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our racing event scheduled for Saturday, June 13.

With thunderstorms, heavy rain, and the potential for hail in the forecast, we feel it’s best to make the call now so everyone has plenty of time to adjust their plans rather than waiting until the last minute.

While we’re disappointed that Mother Nature isn’t cooperating, we’re already looking ahead to our next event on June 27! We have some exciting racing planned, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the track for a great night of action.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support of Kinross Raceway Park. Your support means everything to us, and we’ll be working hard to make June 27 worth the wait.

🏁 Kinross Raceway Park – Thank You! 🏁

What an incredible weekend at the Yooper 100! We want to send a huge shoutout to all of our fans, volunteers, racers, sponsors, and supporters who helped make this event such a success. The racing was outstanding, the competition was fierce, and the support from the racing community was truly second to none.

To everyone who dedicates their time, effort, and passion to keeping Kinross Raceway Park moving forward, we cannot thank you enough. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our racing family.

We did experience a scary moment during yesterday’s event when one of our racers suffered a mechanical failure and made hard contact with the retaining fence. Thankfully, based on the updates we’ve received, the driver is expected to be okay. Our thoughts remain with him, and we wish him a full and speedy recovery.

A special thank you goes out to the many race teams and volunteers who immediately stepped up to help rebuild the wall and get the facility ready to continue the show. Your willingness to jump in and help at a moment’s notice is a perfect example of what makes the racing community so special.

This weekend showed exactly what grassroots racing is all about—competition on the track, teamwork off the track, and a community that comes together when it’s needed most.

📢 ATTENTION RACE TEAMS 📢

Anyone planning on racing at Kinross Raceway Park this season, please visit our website and navigate to the “Rules” section. There you will find two important attachments that must be completed prior to competition.

✅ FW9 Form
This form must be filled out and submitted to the racetrack before you are eligible to race.

✅ Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization Form
Kinross Raceway Park will be utilizing EFT payments for all racer payouts during the 2026 season. This form authorizes direct electronic payments to competitors.

We ask that both forms be completed and turned in on or before race day to help ensure a smooth and efficient payout process throughout the season.

🏁 KINROSS RACEWAY PARK WORK BEE & TEST SESSION 🏁

This Saturday, May 23rd, we’ll be holding another Work Bee from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM as we put the finishing touches on track projects leading into the 2026 season opener!

Following the work bee, we’ll also have a Test & Practice Session from 5:00 PM until dark for anyone wanting to shake down their cars and get some laps in before opening night.

We greatly appreciate everyone willing to come out and lend a hand. The continued support from our volunteers, drivers, teams, and fans is what helps keep Kinross Raceway Park moving forward year after year.
