360U Softball & Baseball Training At 360U, we develop complete athletes. Training facilities based in Appleton and Oshkosh, WI. Our 360 degree approach is focused on skills-based development.

Through a focus on mindset + mechanics, we help softball and baseball of all ages build confidence, improve performance, and grow their game. 360U was created to help young athletes discover the most confident version of themselves. This all-encompassing approach also integrates mental training and confidence building that will best prepare athletes to experience success on the field and beyond. O

If your athlete is ready for more consistent training this fall, these programs are one of our favorite ways to train at 360U.

Each group is capped at just 4 athletes and meets once a week for 7 weeks, allowing our instructors to build from week to week.

We have softball + baseball options in Appleton and Oshkosh, with weeknight and weekend times available.

THIS off-season, we’re bringing a 12-week Adult Softball HitTrax League to the Fox Valley - a fun, competitive way to keep playing all winter long!

Grab a few teammates, friends or coworkers and put a team together. We’re limiting the league to just 12 teams for our first season SO tag your buddies and be one of the first teams to join in 360U's inaugural season!

⚾ 2 HitTrax games each week
📊 Exit velocity, live stats + weekly leaderboard
🔓 Full facility access during the entire league window
