Unless, of course, your natural state is hugging, dancing, high fives, deep inner curiosity, expressing raw vulnerability within minutes of meeting someone, firewalking for expansion, and departing with lifelong friends.

Totally my jam! This community is magic.

I attended my first Tony Robbins event in 2018, having absolutely no idea the ripple effect it would create in my life.

This is the shortest possible version of firewalk prep. The Fire Team is magic (and sweaty and dirty!). The coals are always hot and ready when we walk.

Auntie Em and Max ripped it up this week in Fort Myers!

My cousin Kate and her 7-year-old son Max came to visit, and we packed a LOT of fun into a few days.

We raced around Sun Splash Waterpark, discovered endless sand dollars at the beach, played at Margaritaville, and spent pretty much every other moment in the pool.

Max always gives me a fresh perspective. Specifically, familiar doesn't mean ordinary.

Anything and everything can be super fun (and allegedly, a competition, haha!).

We don't need something new, just new eyes for what we already have.

Tap into your inner child and get ridiculously excited about something small.

And for cryin' out loud, keep your inner child pleasant: drink some water and eat a snack.

Boom! The Moonshot Mindset: Becoming the Leaders Your Future Requires was my keynote at Odyssey's leadership team meeting.

They have been awarded a game-changing contract that'll send 'em to the moon and back.

James is leading the charge, and there is no doubt he'll strategically and confidently stick the landing.

On my way, I spoke my daily prayer: Help me to serve at the highest level.

Joy isn't something we wait for after the goal is achieved. It's something we create along the journey.

New Hampshire in the summer is the BEST!

Jim Rohn said we're the average of the five people we spend the most time with.

Basically, I've hit the jackpot.

I spent the (windy!) day with phenomenal friends who dramatically raise my average.

Choose your people wisely. They shape your perspective, energy, standards, and so on.

Monday Fun Day!

Since the beginning of the year, I've been volunteering at the South Fort Myers Food Pantry, and I love it. At this point in my life, I only want to do things that put a pep in my step.

Every week, 1,000-1,200 people are served. I'm amazed by the operation behind it all. Food collection, organization, and distribution; it's a well-greased machine.

Volunteering has always been my favorite way to meet new people. It also aligns with my top core values: love & connection, service, and FUN.
