A belief is just a thought you continue to think. That's it.

As humans, we're gifted with free will and choice. We get to select our thoughts, though many of them arrive automatically and uninvited.

Today, pay attention to what dominates your thinking. No need to judge your thoughts, just notice what you're noticing.

When a thought appears, ask yourself:

• Does this thought feel good in my body?
• Is it helping me move in a productive direction?
• Is it creating more possibilities or more limitations?
• Is there a different thought that would feel better or serve me better?

You don't have to argue with every negative thought. Simply recognize it's a thought, not a fact.

Researchers estimate we think 60,000-70,000 thoughts each day, and most of them are the same thoughts we thought yesterday and will think again tomorrow.

Repetitive thoughts become beliefs. Familiar beliefs create familiar feelings, which effortlessly lead to familiar choices.

If you're looking to make shifts and changes in your life, start with your thinking.

Tonight was my first improv class and I already love it!

My kinda fun usually includes a healthy dose of awkward, hilarious, brave, and ridiculous, peppered with serious wisdom.

The rules of improv could pretty much be used for any aspect of life- relationships, business, dating, parenting, you name it.

The magic isn’t in getting it right.

It’s showing up, staying present, and trusting yourself enough to keep going without a script.

Chances are good you're interested in making shifts and changes. Chances are also good that YOU are your biggest obstacle. You know it!

How you do one thing is often how you do everything.

We’re drawn to the same themes, patterns, people, and experiences over and over again. Creatures of habit, if you will.

More often than not, we choose familiar over aligned. We select the same things repeatedly, allowing our familiar past to become our predictable future.

Pay attention to what you naturally gravitate toward, then ask yourself: does this align with the person I am becoming?

If yes, full steam ahead.

If not, make new choices.

Integrity is dead sexy. Do what you say and say what you do.

I see these signs every morning and wonder how the "judgement-free zone" can contradict itself with such confidence.

We do this to ourselves, too.

We desire inner peace, then hear the itty-bitty-sh*tty committee running its gums in our mind.

Instead of judging yourself, notice what you’re noticing.

Then make it right within.

Shelling on Sanibel Island is full of delight and surprise! The Three Stooges were up to their usual antics this morning.

We all have an emotional home, and it becomes the lens through which we view ourselves and the world around us.

Some people emotionally live in gratitude. Some live in stress, frustration, or overwhelm.

Maybe you've trained yourself to expect joy, connection, and possibility. (This is what I choose!)

Others unknowingly rehearse worry, disappointment, or resentment.

Your emotional state is your point of attraction and shapes what you notice, what you believe, and ultimately, the life you create.

Personally, I love to be entertained so it's easy to focus upon and find things that make me nyuk, nyuk, nyuk.

Life gets so much lighter when you train yourself to notice magic hiding in plain sight.

Yes! Tonight I spoke at the Fort Myers Beach Woman’s Club meeting, and it was energizing with a twist of sass.

Afterward, women came up to me and said: “That was exactly what I needed to hear.” “Everything you said makes so much sense.” “That really hit me.”

And the one-liner I hear all the time: "You need to work with my husband!" 😂

Shift from living life by default to creating a life by design.

If what you're thinking, feeling, or doing isn't moving you forward, make a new decision.

We’ve been gifted with free will and choice. You are responsible for you.
