A bunch of Tommy Taylor's Bootcamp Raiders are meeting Monday mornings at 6am at the end of White Street pier to workout. Please join us! Bring a mat, no weights needed. All body weight exercises; jumping jacks, push-ups, burpees, sit-ups...... and you will be done by 6:45am
