What a great morning at the Box! Lotta Pink going on this morning for Breast Cancer Awareness. Thank you to all that jumped on board, especially the guys like Gabriel Espino and Aaron Goss for really going the extra mile to show their support! Ok PM classes, your turn to bring the Pink strong! Don’t forget about Thursday, wear anything except gym attire! Keep it clean though! 😁

Hey CFKL fam, just a few reminders for ya! This Sunday, there is NO Open Gym on the CrossFit side. Monday, we are wearing Pink as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. If you have a Pink shirt, top, shorts, leggings, etc., (guys, you too) then wear it proudly so we can remember all those who are going through, have gone through, or whom we have lost due to breast cancer. And next Thursday, it’s “wear anything except gym attire” day at the Box. Let’s keep it reasonable though, nothing inappropriate please. Let’s finish the week strong! We have a Hero WOD lined up for tomorrow! See you at the Box! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
