A couple weeks ago I visited LA and toured some of the most talked-about it-girl studios.

Here are my honest mini reviews as a Pilates & Lagree instructor + studio owner👇

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | WeHo
Best overall vibes. Beautiful studio, killer sound system, quality instructor, 🙌 playlist, intentional movement, and a HOT class that actually felt effective.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ | WeHo
Classic Lagree workout. Definitely sore the next day. Loved the instructor energy + client interaction, but overall the experience felt a little more old-school/simple compared to some newer studios.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ | WeHo
Probably the most aesthetic branding + studio design. Welcoming front desk team. For me personally, the class itself just didn’t match the level of effectiveness I was hoping for, but I’d absolutely try another instructor there.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Beverly Hills
An “iykyk” Pilates studio. Not trendy, not flashy, just REALLY good Pilates. Quality instruction, incredible client follow-up, and a very therapeutic class flow. 10/10

Overall takeaway: aesthetics matter… but quality instruction always wins 💯
