Last summer, I got to teach Mat Pilates on the Sun Valley Pavilion stage for Ballet Sun Valley’s advanced dancers as part of their Summer Education Workshop. It was such a full-circle moment as a former ballerina.

I’m honored to be returning this weekend for another year with Ballet Sun Valley 🩰

Community is everything.

Sculpt & Glow was such a fun reminder of what happens when local businesses come together. Pilates, Lagree, spray tans, good people, and a whole lot of support for one another.

Fit Me has been building community since 2021, and Valley Glow since 2025. No massive following, just showing up, serving people well, and building one relationship at a time with this incredible community we have.

More collaborations, more events, and more glow ups to come. 🤍✨

Sage is one of our mountain sport athletes. As a former competitive ski racer, she’s used to training hard and staying consistent with high-intensity outdoor movement. When she realized Pilates and Lagree are powerful low-impact options (joint and tissue friendly) to balance all that intensity, she started adding them into her week almost daily.⁠
