Sometimes the biggest wins happen sooner than expected.

When Shannon Smith joined PowerStrength Plainfield, knee pain was limiting what she could do. Just 3 weeks into training, she walked down a flight of stairs without pain for the first time in years.

6 months later, she’s still showing up for 3 personal training sessions a week at 6am while balancing a full-time job and raising 3 young kids.

What’s improved:
💪 Knee pain dramatically reduced
⚡ Stronger and more toned
🔥 More energy to keep up with her family

Shannon wanted to stay healthy, active, and set a positive example for her kids. By making time for herself and committing to the process, she’s built a routine that supports all of those goals.

Strength has a way of building confidence, and Elise Boehm is a great example of that.

Over the past 2+ years at PowerStrength Jenison, she has consistently shown up for 2 personal training sessions a week and continued to raise the bar.

What’s changed:
💪 Recently trap bar deadlifted 225 lbs
⚡ Significant strength gains across the board
🔥 More confidence in the weight room and beyond

When Elise started, weight training was completely new. Today, she’s one of the strongest versions of herself while balancing life as a teacher, mom of 3, and robotics supporter for her kids.

Training has become part of a healthy lifestyle that her whole family shares, including her husband and children who also train at PSTS.

6 months ago, Sara Taylor was looking for a training program that would keep her motivated and deliver results.

Since joining PowerStrength Alpine, she’s been consistent with 2 personal training sessions a week and has become a big part of the Alpine community.

What’s improved:
💪 Increased strength for hockey and everyday life
⚡ More energy and confidence
🔥 Body composition changes she’s proud of

Sara plays hockey twice a week, enjoys spending time with family and her cat, and is always one of the first people encouraging others in the gym. The combination of coaching, accountability, and community has helped her build momentum that continues to grow.

3 stories. 3 different starting points. 1 common thread: consistency.

🏊 Dottie and Troy joined looking for better health and more energy. Today, Dottie is back in the pool playing with her grandkids instead of watching from the side.

💪 Owen wanted to become a better athlete. Emily wanted to take control of her health. Mike just didn’t want his wife in better shape than him. Different goals, same gym.

🔥 Nearly 4 years ago, Jacqui was exhausted and struggling to keep up with life and her kids. Today, she’s down 40 pounds and feels like a completely different person.

These stories are a reminder that real change doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through showing up, trusting the process, and staying consistent.

When strength training supports the things you love outside the gym, consistency gets a lot easier.

Kyle Knoper has been training at PowerStrength Holland for over a year, showing up for 2 personal training sessions a week while balancing his electrical business, family life, and a long list of projects at home.

What he’s built:
💪 Significant strength gains
⚡ A stronger core and better overall fitness
🔥 More power and endurance on the mountain bike

An experienced trainee, Kyle wanted training that would help him perform better on the trails and continue getting stronger. The work has paid off, especially when the hills get steep.
