Sometimes the biggest wins happen sooner than expected.
When Shannon Smith joined PowerStrength Plainfield, knee pain was limiting what she could do. Just 3 weeks into training, she walked down a flight of stairs without pain for the first time in years.
6 months later, she’s still showing up for 3 personal training sessions a week at 6am while balancing a full-time job and raising 3 young kids.
