Hudson joined us not only to prepare for the upcoming football season but also to find a supportive community to grow with—and we’re beyond grateful he chose to be a part of the . 💥

In a short time, Hudson has already made an impact on our culture, bringing a positive attitude, BIG goals, and a smile that’s absolutely contagious! His energy and drive are exactly what makes this place so special, and we couldn’t be more pumped to watch him crush it on this journey.

Sam came to ETS with a clear mission: to put himself in the best possible position for an incredible senior baseball season and to earn a college scholarship. ⚾️

Since day one, Sam has brought a goal-oriented mindset, unmatched attention to detail, and an eagerness to be coached. He shows up every day ready to grind, and his energy makes our stronger.

This week we’re highlighting one of our newer athletes, who’s been putting in serious work since day one.

Will came to us with a clear mission: to elevate every aspect of his athletic performance — strength, speed, power, agility — to dominate the basketball court this winter. 🏀

He brings a blue-collar, no-excuses mentality, and it’s already paying off. The progress he’s made in such a short time has been nothing short of impressive.

We’re just getting started — and we can’t wait to watch his development translate to the court!

Why should you continue to train consistently during season?

Training in-season to prevent the loss of off-season gains, enhance athletic performance by increasing power and endurance, and reduce the risk of injury by strengthening muscle and connective tissues. A strategic in-season program helps maintain physical and mental health, improves recovery from competition, and allows for continued athletic development and injury prevention throughout the season
