What’s Coming to CFK Programming 👇🏼
We’re excited to roll out three focused training cycles over the next several months, each designed with a specific goal in mind while still staying true to the well-rounded fitness CrossFit Katy is known for.
☀️ Beach Season Bias Programming
June 1 – August 1
Expect a balance of strength and conditioning with a slight emphasis on longer, sweatier conditioning pieces and calorie-burning workouts. Think summer vibes, grinders, and plenty of opportunities to build your engine while staying strong.
🏋️ Olympic Lifting Cycle
August 3 – September 26
This cycle will focus on developing technique, confidence, and strength in the Olympic lifts. We’ll kick things off with an Olympic lifting seminar and finish with a lifting meet so you can put your progress on display and see how far you’ve come.
🚴 Endurance Cycle
September 28 – November 21
As we head into the holiday season, we’ll shift our focus to building aerobic capacity and efficiency in running, rowing, and biking. The cycle will conclude with an endurance test to showcase the gains you’ve made along the way.
No matter the cycle, the goal remains the same: helping you become a stronger, fitter, healthier version of yourself.
