We create opportunities for kids to move, be challenged, encourage one another, and discover what they're capable of.

Competition szn 😎

The best part is that all 5 of these athletes have much bigger roles in life: Moms, Dads, Professionals in their fields, spouses, friends, just regular human beings who choose to show up for themselves every day. They each made a decision to go out and test their fitness, and put everything they could into each workout.

We are so proud of their grit and determination while representing KCI CrossFit and inspiring us all at the The Monster Games
