Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
-100 g Avocado (1/2 avocado)
-1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
-1 tbsp Red onion
-1 tbsp Celery (Chopped finely)
-5 oz Solid white tuna (1 can)
-Salt & pepper (For taste)

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Place the avocado in a bowl
2. Add chopped onion, celery, lemon juice, and seasonings and mix well
3. Drain tuna, add to bowl, and mix again
4. Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper (not included in nutrition facts)
5. Optional: add other veggies (carrots, cucumber, peppers)
6. Enjoy!

Serinah shares with us, “I did join CrossFit because you {her MIL is Coach Nicole} own it and you and Harley encouraged me to just give it a try.  I continue to come back because I found a community who always wants to see you do better and pushes each other.”   Serinah went on to say that CrossFit helped her find a way to help herself feel better about herself and the circumstances that surround her. 

“The main thing I wanted to accomplish was to see myself become stronger. I love getting to come in and push myself every time I show up. I love that I get to meet amazing people and have fun with them!”
