There’s a lot out there that looks like CrossFit.

One of the core pillars of the SBCF culture, Own It acknowledges that not every day will be easy, but we’re still going to put in the work. We know there is no quick fix to health, that weight loss shots don’t hold up over time, and that you can’t outsmart a bad diet.
