Before we get to our BIG HYROX Day on November 14th, we will be running a mini-HYROX sim on Saturday September 5th, Labor Day Weekend. This mini-sim is included for all members and $25 for drop-ins. You're encouraged to find a partner for this one and have some fun! It will give you a feel for the real deal, coming just 2 months later!

This coming week you're going to see Tuesday and Saturday's will have HYROX training classes.

Our programming has already evolved to include more running, sleds, carries, lunges, rowing, ski/row work and other HYROX-style training. Now, we’re leaning into it even more, with dedicated classes designed to build your engine, challenge your strength and make you a whole lot fitter.

And no—you don’t have to be training for a HYROX race to benefit. Whether you plan to race or not, this style of training will push your body in new ways, strengthen your mind and prepare you for just about anything.

Sometimes, it’s our own mind that gets in the way of what our bodies are capable of. Learning to push through that discomfort will make you better in every class you attend—no matter what name is on the schedule.

Like every FitTown workout, HYROX classes are scalable for every fitness level. You don’t have to arrive ready for HYROX. You just have to arrive willing to get better.
