Tuesday: Arms, Abs & Boxing at 5:30am, 6:15 am, 8:15 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm
Wednesday: Burn + Define + PULL Strength & Pain Free Cardio at 5:30 am, 6:15 am, 7:15 am, 8:15 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm
Thursday: Abs, Butt & Boxing at 5:30am, 6:15 am, 8:15 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm
Friday: m.e.l.t.ABOLIC Full Body After Burn at 5:30am, 6:15 am, 7:15 am, 8:15 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm
Saturday: Weekend Warrior at 8:00 am and 9:00 am

While Joe has an incredible family and three top-rated facilities in CT, it’s always been Joe’s dream to live in Florida’s year-round warmth to support his active lifestyle. Joe and his girlfriend Marikate selected the Jupiter/Tequesta area as the perfect place to build a facility with a family-like atmosphere, just like the m.e.l.t. studios in Connecticut. Joe is excited to serve these new Florida communities and empower as many local residents as possible get in the best shape of their lives - safely - and to empower them from the outside/in and inside/out.
