Moreno Del Norte, happy 25th birthday to the best boy ever. 25 years ago this morning I looked out the window, and there you were! And here you are today still carrying the proud legacy of the Del Nortes. And partners all these years. Son of July and nephew of Lucero, there was never a better horse family and the best partners ever. From the backyard to the trail to the show ring to your therapy work, in the saddle and in the cart, from Alaska to Oregon, we’ve been a team, and shared so much joy with all the friends you’ve made along the way. Trade out barn maintenance and horse care for housing near Junction City, OR. Great opportunity for a college student, remote worker, or semi-retired individual.

Good location to further education. Located between Corvallis (Oregon State with Equine and Agricultural programs and veterinary college) and Eugene, home of University of Oregon. Also, nearby Linn-Benton Community College in Albany offers an Associate’s degree in equine management.

Opportunity available July1. Pet friendly for a well behaved pet. Boarding space for at least one horse. This is a part time work/trade out for rent, so ideal situation to pursue education or work outside of these responsibilities.

Must have experience and good skills with horses, with an emphasis on connection and building trust. Must be a team player with good communication skills, physically fit to do required work (on occasion cleaning up to 10 stalls in a day or unloading hay) reliable, have a strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor. Absolutely no smoking or alcohol/drug abuse. No working under the influence.

Happy to work with you to take advantage of your skills and create the right fit for both of us. Opportunity to share your skills and build additional ones. Stall cleaning, barn maintenance, feeding, and horse turn out/in are must haves. Can also explore options for grooming and ground work with horses and possible riding. Bonus points if you have maintenance skills with small equipment for mowing, w**d whacking, pruning, fence repair, painting, etc.

Housing is available in a late model, well maintained, 27’ travel trailer on site with all the amenities. Kitchen, bathroom, dinette area, couch, queen bed, heat, AC, WiFi, linens, dishes, and small appliances. Monthly housekeeping included. Private space near barn with small yard. Electricity, water, and Internet with WiFi are included. Propane and pumping of external black water tank (4 to 6 times a year) are not included.

We are a long-established Farm Stay and stable. We have personal horses, overnight and vacation boarding, a small lesson program, and offer equine assisted psychotherapy with licensed clinical counselors.

Our emphasis is on gaited horses, pleasure and trail riding, Working Equitation and Liberty work. We also offer Farm Stays in our guest cottage and host RV guests and travelers with horses. Safe. Clean. Senior woman-owned business. We’d love to find the right person to join our team.

Synergy Stables in Junction City, OR is offering a partial barn lease. This is not a typical boarding arrangement; this is barn share with co-op management, available in mid-June 2026. Three stalls (possible to add 4th stall), matted with runs and tack lockers available in semi-private area of 13-stall barn. Share barn with owner and long-time boarder who both live on site. Suitable for small equestrian business (Insurance required); would consider multi-horse owner. Clean, well-maintained, and non-smoking property. Small indoor arena, large all-weather outdoor arena, pasture turn out, and hay storage. Utilities, on-site porta potty, and some bedding included. Long-established part-time equine facilitated psychotherapy practice operates out of the barn. Looking for folks who provide their horses with a high standard of care and share a similar equine management approach with owner. We are primarily a gaited horse barn, but open to compatible disciplines. $950 to $1200 a month for three stalls, depending on business activities and shared management arrangements.
