OOE offers paddling trips on the Ocmulgee River between Lloyd Shoals Dam and Macon We provide boat, life jacket, paddle and shuttle you to the put in.

OOE offers a chance to explore the Ocmulgee River from Lloyd's Shoals near Lake Jackson to the Spring Street Bridge with Popper's, Popes Ferry, Hwy 83, Juliette and Amerson River Park in between being a take out or a put in points. The Ocmulgee has calm stretches suitable for all ages and some sections with Class 1 shoals that are suitable for novice paddlers. Our boats are chosen for their stabil

ity and quality and we make sure you feel comfortable with your boat. Our goal is for you to get to the takeout with a smile on your face and wanting to come back and paddle some more with us! It’s almost Labor Day weekend! 🌞 Join us Monday morning for our annual Labor Day paddle on the Ocmulgee from Pope’s Ferry to Amerson River Park. ~10.5 miles of small shoal rapids and flat water stretches. 🛶 🌊
