Uptown Rotary Ocmulgee Adventure Race The Uptown Rotary Ocmulgee Adventure Race (U-ROAR!) features an exciting mix of paddling, mountain biking and hiking/trekking. U-ROAR!

Contestants will navigate through varied terrain seeking to find as many remote checkpoints as possible. will challenge teams mentally and physically as they plot their strategies and test their endurance. The race will start at the Dames Ferry Campground on Lake Juliette, just outside Macon, Georgia. The race is organized by the Uptown Macon Rotary Club and 100% of the proceeds go to local charities.
