GCP Iowa

GCP Iowa GCP is a locally owned gym which provides workouts for people who are 18 and over. The classes are 45 minutes long, but are broken into smaller sections.

When you are a member, you are able to come to any class time that works into your schedule! Current class times are:

M, W, F MORNINGS WITH A COACH: 5:15, 6:15, 9:15, 10:15 (Senior Class), and 12:15 (a shorter 1/2 hour class). M, W, NIGHTS WITH A COACH: 4:15, 5:15, 6:15 (Strength and Conditioning 101)

T, TH MORNINGS: 5:15, 6:15

We get it — the weather gets nice, schedules get busy, vacations happen, and sometimes people trade the gym for “just walking.” And while walking is GREAT for your health… don’t forget the importance of lifting too. 👊

Let’s be real — there are going to be days you don’t feel like showing up.

Some mornings you’re going to hit snooze.
Some days you won’t feel motivated.
Some workouts will feel heavy, slow, and frustrating.

That’s part of it.

The early alarms.
The sore muscles.
The days you’d rather stay comfortable.

That’s where growth happens.
