Sunday, July 27th - Camp Check-in 4:00pm-5:30pm
- Camp Meeting 6-6:25pm
- Session 1 Combat 6:30-8:30pm
- Free Time 8:30-10:30pm
- Lights out 11:00pm

Monday & Thurs
- Daily Run 7:00 AM
- Breakfast
- Session: Technique 9:30-11:30am
- Lunch
- Session: Technique/ Hard Drilling/ Live 2-4pm
- Dinner
- Session: Combat 6:30-8:30pm
- Free Time 8:30-10:30pm
- Lights out 11:00pm

Tuesday
-7 AM - run / sauna / cold tub
-Breakfast
-10 AM - strength
-12 PM Lunch
-1:30 Skills / drilling
-5 PM dinner
-6:30 PM Combat

Wednesday
7:00 AM run
- Breakfast
- Session: Technique 9:30-11:00
- Lunch
- Session: drilling/ live / conditioning 1:30 PM-3:30 PM
- Dinner TBA
Movie night

Friday, August 1 - Wake up 7:00am
- 7:15am final workout
- Breakfast

Sebolt Wrestling Academy is a program looking for driven, goal-oriented wrestlers that want to develop their skills and become a winner both on and off the mat. A program for those who TRULY aspire to being elite in the sport of wrestling.

—SWA offers top notch facilities and training environment, free trial practices, hands-on knowledgeable coaching, 8hrs of standard practice time weekly, private lessons for members and more.

At Sebolt Wrestling Academy we will challenge you on a level you’ve never been challenged before - mentally, physically, and emotionally.

We will hold you to a higher standard while providing you technical expertise.

—The goal is to improve daily, both as a wrestler & person. Of course we want to win too, but more importantly we need to continuously get better & improve.
