🎉 CrossFit Kids is Returning to CrossFit Unstoppable! 🎉

We're excited to launch our CrossFit Kids "Pop-Up" Classes beginning Thursday, June 11th and Saturday, June 13th!

These classes are designed for kids ages 6-10 and focus on:
✅ Fun fitness activities
✅ Learning proper body mechanics
✅ Building confidence through movement
✅ Teamwork and group games

📅 Thursdays: 5:30-6:15 PM
📅 Saturdays: 9:15-10:00 AM

💲 $15 per class
💲 $25 for both classes during the week

So…this happened over the weekend 🤩
Unfortunately, because of the issues with my eye I couldn’t attend my 7th Two-Brain Business Summit in Chicago. My mentor, Anastasia Bennett had asked if someone from the gym or a member of my family could be there; I thought that was kinda odd so she told me that I was up for an award. Cool!
I didn’t realize it was for THIS! 🤩

So very cool to be recognized by TBB as being Gym of the Year-Culture Based. 😁

Today’s 20-minute AMRAP is all about pacing.

The Runs: Use the 200m and 100m runs to control your breathing. Don't sprint; keep a steady, repeatable pace.

The DB Movements: Choose a weight (Rx 35/25 #) where you can complete the movements unbroken or in no more than two quick sets.

The Goal: Consistency! Aim to keep your round times almost identical from start to finish.
