Emails are out! Sign-ups are open for our Summer 2026 Youth Performance Groups.
Reach out and get signed up soon. Starting MAY 18th, we will be holding 45-minute to 1-hour sessions 4 times a week

Class details below:

Who/Ages: 10-14+
What: Summer Youth Training

When: MONDAY to THURSDAY
GROUP 1 @ 1100 a.m. - 1200 p.m.
GROUP 2 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Starting: MAY 18th
Where: Phoenix Fitness & Athletics
905 Eastland Drive, Unit E&F
Jefferson City, 65101

COST: $150/10 sessions; $215/monthly unlimited

This class is formatted so that all kids within the above-specified ranges are welcome. And NO, you don't have to attend every one of the 4 days offered. This is to help with your family's overall flexibility regarding your summer demands and schedule. Most kids come for at least 2 days.

Whether they are sports-oriented or not, we have an adaptable training program that will fit kids of all backgrounds and experience levels.

Whether it’s our Monday group of 12-16+ kids attending or our smaller block like today. Everyone learns fundamental safe principles they can continue to put into practice as they grow.
