She joined us at the very end of January and has been incredibly consistent with her Pilates practice ever since. She always comes in with a smile, she’s friendly to everyone, and works hard every single class.

Like so many of us, Anneliese never really loved working out until she found Pilates — and this is the thing that stuck! 💕 She has truly made her practice a priority, and it has been amazing to watch the strength she has developed in these 7 months.

I’m taking over the space down the hall and creating a second group Reformer Pilates studio with 5 more reformers!

What does that mean for you?

When I opened Align & Shine, I had no idea just how quickly this little Pilates community would grow. The fact that I already need more space is pretty amazing, and it’s all because of YOU. 💛 🙏🏼 💙

💛 A Little Scheduling Update 💛

As Align & Shine continues to grow (which I’m SO thankful for!), I’m making a small change to our cancellation window beginning October 1.

We’ll be moving from 12 hours to 24 hours’ notice for class cancellations.

💛 Membership holders: Cancellations within 24 hours will have a $25 late cancellation fee.

💛 Class packages: You’ll simply lose that class credit.

💛 Switching classes: Moving to another class within the 24-hour window will still count as a late cancellation from your original class. While you may still be coming to Pilates that day, the reformer you originally reserved is now open on short notice, and we’re still committed to running and staffing that class.

Why the change? We’ve had quite a few classes that are full or nearly full and then lose several people the evening or night before. Suddenly, a full class may be down to only one or two people, without enough time for someone else to grab those reformers.

The 24-hour window simply gives other students a better chance to get into class and helps us keep our schedule consistent. 💛

And as always, I know life happens! Kids get sick, emergencies come up, and sometimes things are out of our control. I’ll always do my best to work with you when those situations arise.

Thank you for understanding and for helping us make room for everyone who wants to get on a reformer. I appreciate our little Pilates community so much! 💛✨

🎉✨ WELCOME TO THE 100 CLUB, JESSICA BELVIN! ✨🎉

Jessica officially hit her 100th class today, and if there’s one word to describe her Pilates practice, it’s CONSISTENT. 💪

She signs up, she shows up, she’s on time, and she never late cancels. In fact, I know she genuinely looks forward to her Pilates classes — and that consistency has absolutely paid off. It has been so much fun watching her get stronger and stronger over these 100 classes!

But what I really love is Jessica’s “why.” ❤️ She wants to stay strong and mobile so she can play with her grandkids and keep doing all the things she loves for years to come.

THAT is what Pilates is all about. It’s not just about what you can do on the reformer — it’s about building a strong, capable body for your LIFE.

Congratulations on 100 classes, Jessica!! 🥳💯 We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see what the next 100 bring! ☀️💛

Sure, your alarm might be disrespectful for a minute 😂 BUT hear me out:

🌅 You get to watch the sunrise while doing Pilates
💪 Your workout is DONE before most people have started their day
🚗 Parking downtown is a breeze
🥵 It’s actually cool outside for the walk from your car to the studio
✨ You start the day feeling accomplished and energized
🧠 No time for the day to get busy and talk you out of your workout
☕ That post-Pilates coffee or Alani just hits different
😌 And there’s something pretty great about knowing you’ve already done something good for yourself before 8am.

Plus… our early morning crew is pretty fun. We may show up a little sleepy, but we definitely don’t stay that way. 😂
