What a day at BlueRide Cycle Studio!

Our 6am and 6pm Rock Ride classes brought the energy from start to finish. The music was loud, and the Blue Crew showed up ready to work.

Thank you to everyone who rolled out of bed for the early ride and to those who finished their day with us at 6pm. Your consistency and effort never go unnoticed.

Triple Threat combines three powerful training styles into one high-energy 40-minute class:

What a day at BlueRide!

Our R&B Rides were absolutely incredible. The energy was high, the music was smooth, and those slow jams had us cranking up the resistance and digging deep.

Just because the beat slows down doesn't mean the work gets easier. Those heavy climbs had us pushing through every song, and we left it all on the bike.

If your legs are already talking to you tonight, just wait until tomorrow. That burn means we showed up, put in the work, and got stronger together.

Every pedal stroke is worth it. Every drop of sweat is worth it. And every ride gets us one step closer to our goals.

Thank you to everyone who came out and rode with us today. Blue Crew showed up and showed out.

Omgosh this is so so much fun and omgosh such an amazing workout!
Get ready Blue Crew!!! I just ordered 6 rebound trampolines for the studio ! And will be putting classes on the schedule soon! More fun dance routines coming your way!
