Movement for Life By Next Step Dance Centre NA It started with two dancers who are trained clinical therapists sharing a passion for people to enjoy dance at any age.

Movements are modified to provide a fun, but safe dance experience; promoting balance, flexibility, strengthening and increase quality of life. This program is designed specifically for the aging populations as well as individuals with Parkinson's Disease, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia and others! With consistent attendance 2x/wk you will notice increased endurance, feel more confident, move more freely and will have improved your quality of life.
