Wow, what a great season!
We celebrated big at our annual banquet where our swimmers were presented with their awards from the championship meets and a few special awards the coaches chose.

That’s a wrap on our Long course summer season!
Last weekend (July 11-12) our swimmers raced their hardest at the last chance meet for long course season in Nashville. I was so proud of their determination and grit they showcased in the pool.

Then, this weekend (July 17-19) Holden gave his all at our championship meet in Huntsville, AL. Although a combination of sickness and weather delays didn’t help us get the times we were shooting for, Holden impressed me so much by his true determination for giving his best, which was still right on his best times!!

We’re finishing up our summer season this coming weekend (July 25) at our MSS championship in Memphis, and then we’re on a break from competition until September when short course season begins.

Swimming is one of those sports that doesn’t have a season. It’s year round training and competing which is another reason why it’s one of the more challenging sports out there. My athletes continue to impress me everyday in and out of the water.

Our first swim meet was a success!

Thank you to all our volunteers who made it run so smoothly, our visiting teams for attending, and our fans for showing up and supporting our swimmers!!!

The environment was amazing and I could tell how much it motivated our swimmers to swim even faster!! Best times all around!!

We had an exceptional weekend at the 2026 Dick Fadgen swim meet in Memphis!!

Long course season is definitely challenging since we don’t have a LCM pool to practice in, but these kids performed outstandingly and gave it their all!!

Numerous best times were achieved by these swimmers and 2 Southeastern Cuts for Holden!

“If you believe you can achieve “ was Holden's quote for the meet and he, and all the rest of the swimmers definitely delivered their best!!

Excited to continue the racing high into Tuesday at our MSS meet! You should definitely come check out these fast races 💨🦈

Swimmer of the Month: Emily Nolan!!

Congratulations to our May Swimmer of the Month, Emily Nolan!

Emily is such a fun and positive part of our team. She brings laughter, energy, and joy to every practice, making the pool deck a brighter place for everyone around her. Her encouraging attitude toward her teammates and the leadership she shows among her lane buddies truly stand out each day.

One of Emily’s greatest strengths is her willingness to learn and grow. She takes constructive criticism with maturity and uses it as motivation to improve her strokes and skills every single practice. Her dedication, hard work, and positive spirit are inspiring to both her teammates and coaches alike.

We are so proud of Emily and all the effort she puts into becoming a stronger swimmer and teammate. Keep bringing joy, leadership, and dedication every day, we can’t wait to see all you continue to accomplish!

I wanted to share an update on our NEW reward system that I have put in place over the past few weeks. It is going really well and I am excited to see how the kids are working hard for their team!!
