The purpose of the class is to provide instruction and mentoring in the Martial Arts to individuals with a variety of sensory, cognitive and physical challenges. The vision of this endeavor is to foster the "personal best" out of each participant and to nurture a lifelong love and appreciation for the martial arts.

It’s with great sadness to hear of the passing of a dear friend and co-star, Clarence Gilyard. For nearly a decade we had many great times working together and we both loved bringing the bad guys to justice. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and children. You will be deeply missed by all who knew you. May you Rest In Peace, my friend. Until we meet again.

First of all, I want to apologize for our not meeting the past couple of weeks. We have had some very serious events happen with our family making it difficult to meet for class. I am missing you all !! I am having to help with my father on the weekends for the next couple of weeks so we will continue to cancel classes for at least the next two Saturdays. I am so sorry. Since everyone is so busy with the beginning of school and squeezing that last bit of summer in, how does everyone feel about postponing SNAAP until the beginning of September? We will call it a break to renew and refresh and to think about how to grow our group. Please let me know. :)
