Love getting to connect with and help other coaches!

Steve and I got connected through the TurnKey Coach crew, and he recently attended the Scalable Coaches Conference that I had the opportunity to speak at.

He had a couple of questions specifically around some of the things I do in my coaching business, so we went ahead and booked a call to catch up and talk through them.

One thing I’ve always loved about this industry is the opportunity to connect with other coaches, share ideas, and learn from each other.

And now, at this point in my business, being able to turn around and help other coaches with some of the things I’ve learned along the way is incredibly rewarding.

There were plenty of people willing to share their knowledge and experience with me as I was building my business, and I never want to lose sight of the importance of doing the same for others.

Which one sounds like you?

One thing is for sure if you work in the medical field, it can be HARD to make time for yourself.

And that’s really the key: making time instead of just trying to find it.

Today, Victoria literally didn’t have a vehicle to get to the gym… so she walked and brought the Medical Professional Survival Pack: a sugar-free Red Bull.

And that’s a wrap on the Scalable Coaches Conference 2026!

I was truly honored to be one of the speakers alongside some men I greatly respect in the coaching industry.

It was awesome to have the opportunity to provide some value to other coaches, share some of what I’ve learned over the years, and then sit back and learn from the experience and wisdom of the other speakers as well.

A huge thank you to the TurnKey Coach crew for putting this conference together and giving coaches an opportunity to learn, connect, and grow.

Grateful for the opportunity and already excited about next year!

Almost 8 years as a full-time coach and personal trainer.

It’s almost crazy to even say that.

I still remember the fear I felt when I decided to leave my regular full-time job and pursue building my own personal training and coaching business.

One thing that has been absolutely key along the way has been seeking out knowledge, wisdom, and experience from other people. I’ve never wanted to assume I had it all figured out. Learning from people who had already walked the road or who could challenge me to think differently has played a huge role in getting me where I am today.

This Thursday, I’ll have the opportunity to give some of that back by speaking at the Scalable Coaching Virtual Conference.
