Because we had to change times (5:30 PM to 7:30 PM )for and the school year graduation movie we will not have traditional training tonight. Just a heads up. The kids have worked hard and have earned a little play hard.🥊🥊

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear friend, Rainer Nitsche, and we join together to celebrate the beautiful life he lived. Rainer brought so much joy, dedication, and warmth to our ICOR Boxing Rock Steady family. He was a truly wonderful friend who inspired us all with his steady presence and kind heart, and he will be deeply missed by everyone who shared the gym floor with him.
Our hearts go out to Donna and his entire family during this time. We take comfort in knowing that Rainer is resting peacefully in a beautiful place, leaving us with a legacy of friendship and bright memories that will continue to lift our spirits. Rainer, you will always be a part of our team and forever in our hearts. Rest in peace, our friend Sugar Ray🥊🥊

God did the work.

Looking back, too many things lined up perfectly to call it luck.

Some battles were won on your knees before they were won in your hands.
