The Lab Sports Performance is looking to add a reliable, energetic seasonal Front Desk Associate to our team! Our busiest training season is right around the corner, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can help keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced baseball and softball training environment.

Responsibilities include:
⚾ Point-of-sale transactions & customer service
🥎 Managing facility and training schedules
🔑 Opening & closing responsibilities
🧹 General facility upkeep and organization
📋 Assisting with day-to-day operational needs
🙌 Helping create a great experience for our athletes, families, and guests

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, personable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. A baseball/softball background is a plus, but not required.

Austin brings an exceptional combination of leadership, operational experience, and a passion for developing people that makes him a tremendous addition to our team as he immerses into our open hours operations.

A lifelong baseball guy, Austin understands the value of preparation, accountability, and competing with purpose. His time serving in the United States Air Force helped shape a leadership style built on discipline, integrity, and putting the team first.

Beyond his military service, Austin has built a diverse professional background in hospitality management, sales, and fitness facility operations, giving him the experience to help elevate every aspect of The Lab from member experience and day-to-day operations to building relationships throughout our community.

Austin believes in creating environments where people are challenged, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential, which are values that align perfectly with our mission.

We’re excited for the impact he’ll have on our athletes, families, coaches, and staff as we continue to grow.
