Last but never least, Rita Wiley and her Mystic Mayhem!
Our Lioness Coach. 🦁💜

Rita is the kind of coach who makes everyone feel welcome, brings the fun, and somehow manages to keep stickers, awards, and little surprises circulating throughout the league. She’s sweet, encouraging, inclusive, and always looking for a reason to celebrate her girls.

But don’t let the sweetness fool you. 😏

When it comes to her team, Rita is a lioness. She will stand ten toes down if she believes her girls have been wronged, and she will fight just as hard to make sure every player feels valued, included, and seen.

She coaches with a whole lot of heart—and just enough “Oh, you really want to do this?” energy. 😂

We’re lucky to have a coach who brings so much joy, encouragement, and fierce loyalty to our league.

Kate Watts!

Kate is less of a coach and more of a facilitator of vibes. 😂 A big ball of chaotic energy, Kate loves everyone loudly and unapologetically—and she’s not afraid to let the whole field know it!
When she’s not whacking balls, you can usually find her holding down 3rd base in her signature bucket hat. She brings the energy, the love, and just the right amount of chaos to every Wednesday night.

Kris Heide and the Diamond Sirens ☠💎

Kris is our most experienced coach. She pitched competitively for many years, leading teams of talented women to World Series events and even grabbing the gold with the Team Indiana Womens Challenge Cup in 2020 and 2021. She brings a lot of knowledge and a lot of fun to every Wednesday night.

Lexi is fairly new to slowpitch, but not to the game of softball. What she lacks in experience, she more than makes up for with enthusiasm! Lexi is a high energy "golden retriever" coach. She brings the vibes, the encouragement, and the terrible dance moves every Wednesday!

What I Love About League Jane 🥎: It has created an environment that I never thought possible. Coming from D1 fast pitch as a catcher, into a new style of play and no real position for me, while not playing for over a decade, I was pretty rusty for sure. Yet, somehow with the support and guidance of both players and coaches, I have managed to not only improve as a player but create some lifelong friends on and off the field as well. League Jane authored an environment to grow me into a comp player without intimidation or ridicule. Every team I have ever played on or against I still talk and am friends with a vast majority of them. You could not ask for a better combo.
