I thought drinking was part of who I was. Then the desire disappeared, and in a quiet hotel room, I stopped negotiating with God and surrendered my life to Christ.

What if the Church started thinking differently about money? Not just how much we give, but how faithfully we steward what God has entrusted to us.

My friend Brett Howe wrote Kingdom Money: The Next Reformation, and I have to say, this is a refreshing and thought-provoking read.

Brett challenges Christians and churches to rethink money, stewardship, and financial responsibility through a biblical lens. One of my biggest takeaways is that we are stewards, not owners. Everything belongs to God.

This book challenges the status quo and asks some questions I believe the Church needs to be having serious conversations about.

If you’re passionate about biblical stewardship, leadership, and advancing God’s Kingdom, I highly recommend picking up a copy!

I thought I was flying to Dallas just to die, facing lunges and cold plunges. But there, strangers became brothers, encouraging me to embrace the struggle. Then, a man named Jared prayed over me, and instantly, the desire for alcohol vanished. It had been my identity, my comfort, my everything. Now, I'm a new creation, and the grip is gone.
